Sharon Liszanckie

Executive Director

Sharon Liszanckie joined Boston Prep as the Executive Director in 2012, bringing with her a commitment to the school’s mission to prepare all students for success in college and lifelong ethical growth.  With a focus on research and development, Ms. Liszanckie helps ensure the school is continuously growing and improving. Prior to joining Boston Prep, Ms. Liszanckie was a management consultant with the Bridgespan Group and Bain and Company.  She also served as a middle school math teacher in Wellesley, MA and Connecticut.  Ms. Liszanckie holds a B.S. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Eileen Callahan

Chief Academic Officer

Eileen Callahan joined the Boston Prep team in 2015, bringing with her extensive experience in the charter school sector.  Ms. Callahan guides the development of Boston Prep's rigorous, engaging college preparatory curriculum.  Prior to joining Boston Prep, Ms. Callahan served as Director of Leadership Development at Building Excellent Schools, cultivating leaders of high performing schools.  Ms. Callahan also has experience as both a teacher and school leader at Boston Collegiate Charter School.   She holds a B.A. and M.A. from Fordham University as well as an Ed.M. from Harvard University.
