Kathryn Anderson,
English Teacher and English Department Chair, B.A. Rhodes College, M.A. Boston University
Before joining the staff at BPCPS Ms. Anderson taught English at Randolph High School.
Laurie Bacon,
English Teacher, B.A. Pitzer College, M.A. Boston University, M.Ed Harvard University
Before joining the staff at BPCPS Ms. Bacon taught Honors Religions in Literature at the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Carrie Baldwin,
Science Teacher, B.A. Colgate University, M.Ed. Harvard University
Before joining the staff at BPCPS, Ms. Baldwin spent three years teaching Science at the Roxbury Preparatory Charter School in Roxbury.
Richard Benka,
Math Tutor, B.A. Harvard College, J.D. Harvard Law School, M.P.P. John F. Kennedy School of Government
Prior to serving as a math tutor and teacher at BPCPS, Mr. Benka worked as an attorney for Foley Hoag LLP in Boston.
Ashley Bennett,
Administrative Assistant, B.A. Florida State University
Before joining the staff at BPCPS Ms. Bennett worked as a Receptionist at Cooper Atlanta Transportation. She is the owner and President for MAB Photographers, LLC.
David Berkley,
English Teacher, B.A. Dartmouth College, M.Ed. Harvard University
Mr. Berkley was a founding English Teacher at BPCPS. Prior to working at BPCPS, Mr. Berkley was on the founding teams at Uphams Corner Charter School in South Boston, the Harbor School in Dorchester, and the Francis Parker Charter School in Devens.
Before joining the staff at BPCPS Mr. Blitzer served as a MATCH Corps Member at the MATCH Charter Public High School.
Katie Braymiller,
Science Teacher, B.S. State University of New York at Geneseo, M.Ed. Boston College
Ms. Braymiller spent last year pursuing her Master's Degree and student teaching at Brighton High School.
Matt Clements,
English Language Learners Teacher, B.A. Columbia University
Mr. Clements spent last year tutoring at the MATCH Charter Middle School.
Before teaching at BPCPS, Ms. Colley was an English teacher at Excel Academy Charter School in East Boston.
Gina Crannell,

Ms. Crannell taught for the last six years at the Learning Prep High School in Newton.
Michaela Crowley,

Before coming to BPCPS, Ms. Crowley taught at the Chenery Middle School in Belmont.
Adam Dobberfuhl,

Before coming to BPCPS, Mr. Dobberfuhl taught Science at the Harbor Middle School in Dorchester and earned his Master's Degree in Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution.
Sarah Evans,

Prior to working at BPCPS Ms. Evans taught Spanish at Overbrook High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Daphne Francois,
Latin Teacher, B.A. Wellesly College, M.A. University of Texas at Austin
Before joining the staff at BPCPS Ms. Francois spent last year working as a Teacher's Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to working at the University of Texas, Ms. Francois substitute-taught at the Boston Latin School.
Michelle Gabor,

Before joining the staff at BPCPS, Ms. Gabor taught at English High School in Jamaica Plain.
Prior to working at BPCPS, Ms. Griffin worked as a Recruiter for Professional Staffing Group.
Justin Harbour,
Special Education Teacher, B.A. University of Massachusetts, Amherst, M.L.A. Harvard University, M.A.
Before joining the staff at BPCPS Mr. Harbour was a Special Education Teacher at the McAuliffe Regional Charter Public School in Framingham.
Before teaching at BPCPS, Ms. Harkey spent a year teaching Math at the Hyde School in Bath, Maine.
Valonda Harris,

Ms. Harris spent last year teaching Social Studies at Harrisburg High School in Harrisburg, PA.
Greg Henning,
English Teacher, B.A. Harvard University, J.D. University of Virginia School of Law
Before joining the staff at BPCPS Mr. Henning worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.
Elsie Huang,
High School Principal, B.S. Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Ms. Huang was a founding Science and Math Teacher at BPCPS. Prior to working at BPCPS, Ms. Huang was a founding Science Teacher at Smith Leadership Academy Charter School.
Lisa Konieczna,
Librarian & Tae Kwon Do Teacher, B.A. Massachusetts College of Art
Prior to working at BPCPS, Ms. Konieczna was the Assistant Art Director at the Boys & Girls Club of South Boston and was an Office Manager at Sidney Hutter Glass and Light. She is a Second Degree Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do.
Before coming to BPCPS, Mr. Lester spent five years working as Associate Dean of Support Services at the Steppingstone Foundation.
Justin MacDonald,

Mr. MacDonald taught social studies, science, and math at Alma D'Arte Charter High School in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Amanda MacQuarrie,
Dean of Support Services, B.A. Simmons College, M.S. Pace University
Before coming to BPCPS, Ms. MacQuarrie spent three years as a Special Education Teacher at the Urban Science Academy in New York City.
Scott McCue,
Head of School, B.A. Harvard University, M.A. Columbia Teachers College
Prior to being hired as the BPCPS Head of School, Mr. McCue coordinated the work of the school's Founding Board as a fellow at the Massachusetts Charter School Resource Center. Prior to this fellowship, Mr. McCue worked as a teacher and administrator at Academy of the Pacific Rim Charter Public School in Hyde Park, MA.
Jaclyn McGee,
Speech & Language Pathologist, B.S. State University of New York at Geneseo, M.S. MGH Institute of Health Professions
Prior to working at BPCPS, Mrs. McGee worked as a Graduate Student Clinician at Massachusetts General Hospital and at Madison Park Technical Vocational High School.
Prior to working at BPCPS, Mr. McVety taught at the Ahantaman Secondary School in Ghana, and worked as a Development Fellow at MetroLacrosse.
Ms. Meyer spent a year working as a Teaching Assistant with the Plan II/KIPP Partnership in Austin, Texas, and as a Teach for America Campus Campaign Coordinator. This will be Ms. Meyer's second year at BPCPS.
Giovany Morales,
IT Support Specialist, B.S. Wentworth Institute of Technology
Before coming to BPCPS, Mr. Morales worked as a Technical Assistant at Roxbury Preparatory Charter School and as a Structural Analysis Intern at Sikorsky Aircraft.
Ms. Nicolas has been a member of our cafeteria and custodial staff since 2005.
Prior to working at BPCPS, Mr. Olson worked as a High School Advisor and Learning Leader at El Camino Real Academy in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Prior to working at BPCPS, Mr. Ouellette student taught at Boston Latin Academy in Dorchester.
Meghan Owens,
English Teacher, B.A. University of New Hampshire, M.A. Northeastern University
Before teaching at BPCPS, Ms. Owens worked as the Area Director at Babson College. Previous to her work there, Ms. Owens taught English and coordinated the Student Affairs program at Prospect Hill Academy Charter School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Danielle Pape,

Before coming to BPCPS Ms. Pape spent two years as a Humanities Teacher and as Humanities Lead Teacher at the Christa McAuliffe Regional Charter Public School in Framingham.
Anders Peterson,

Prior to working at BPCPS, Mr. Peterson worked as Headmaster at Savio Prep High School in East Boston.
Prior to joining BPCPS, Ms. Robinson worked for the Black Ministerial Alliance of Greater Boston as aTechnical Assistance Grant program coordinator.
Fernando Santos,

Before coming to BPCPS, Mr. Santos worked as a Boston Teacher Resident at Charlestown High School.
Gretchen Schell,
English Teacher, B.S. Boston University, E.d.M., Harvard University Graduate School of Education
Prior to working at BPCPS, Ms. Schell was an Apprentice Literacy Teacher at Roxbury Preparatory Charter School.
Prior to working at BPCPS, Mr. Shuman was an Urban Teaching Fellow at City on a Hill Charter Public High School.
Prior to working at BPCPS, Ms. Siesfeld tutored at the MATCH Charter Public High School.
Prior to working at BPCPS, Ms. Skrivan worked as a Consultant with Bain & Company.
Elizabeth Stasiowski,

Before coming to BPCPS, Ms. Stasiowski worked for Cambridge Family & Children's Service as the Director of Putnam Place, a residential program for adolescent males in foster care.
Molly Stone,

Prior to teaching at BPCPS, Ms. Stone spent two years as a Special Education Teacher at the San Francisco Day School in San Francisco.
Timothy Suba,

Prior to teaching at BPCPS, Mr. Suba spent three years as a Special Education Teacher at East St. John Elementary School in La Place, Louisiana and one summer as a School Director for Teach for America in Houston, Texas.
Sarah Swettberg,

Prior to working at BPCPS, Ms. Swettberg worked as a nurse at the Barbara McInnis House administering to Boston's homeless men and women.
Nick Thompson,

Mr. Thompson was a founding Math teacher at BPCPS. Prior to working at BPCPS, Mr. Thompson spent a year as an Urban Teaching Fellow at the Shady Hill School and the John Tobin Elementary School in Cambridge.
Jim Unis,

Before coming to BPCPS, Mr. Unis worked as Area Coordinator for Residential Education at Mount Ida College.
Before coming to BPCPS, Ms. Williams was an admissions counselor at Williams College and spent last year as a college counselor at the Berkshire School in western Massachusetts.

Before coming to BPCPS, Mr. Wright spent two years as a Campus Director for Citizen Schools.
