The BPCPS Board of Trustees currently includes:

Bill Clark, Trustee
Mr. Clark is the Major Gifts Development Officer at Thayer Academy. Prior to working at Thayer, Mr. Clark was a Managing Director at FleetBoston Financial.

Mark H. Culliton, Treasurer
Mr. Culliton is the Chief Executive Officer of Federated Dorchester Neighborhood Houses, Inc. Before working at Federated Dorchester Neighborhood Houses, Mr. Culliton was the Vice President of Business Development for Lighthouse Academies and the Chief Operating Officer for B.E.L.L. (Building Educated Leaders for Life) in Dorchester.

Raquel Donnalson, Trustee
Ms. Donnalson is a litigation associate at Bingham, McCutchen, LLP in Boston. Ms. Donnalson spends one afternoon a week working as a writing coach for the Citizen Schools 8th Grade Academy.

Tamar Dor-Ner, Trustee
Ms. Dor-Ner is a Manager in Bain & Company’s Boston office. Prior to joining Bain, Ms. Dor-Ner worked for the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

Justin Funches, Chair
Mr. Funches is a Director at Ironwood Equity Fund L.P. Prior to joining Ironwood, Mr. Funches worked for McKinsey & Company and for Merrill Lynch.

John P. Garber, Trustee
Mr. Garber retired in 2003 after 34 years in International Banking, the majority of it in overseas management positions with J.P. Morgan and Westdeutsche Landesbank. He is also on the board of the Lucy Stone Initiative Corporation in Dorchester.

Olutayo Idowu, Trustee
Mr. Idowu is a Computer Technician for the City of Boston. He is also the owner of Mitof Vending.

Julie Lane, Vice-Chair
Ms. Lane consults with charter schools around the nation on governance and accountability, and worked for three years as the Director for Charter School Development at the Massachusetts Department of Education.

Sonja Lartey, Trustee
Mrs. Lartey is a Senior Staff Consultant for Verizon and a Pastor of the Family Life Fellowship in Hyde Park. Mrs. Lartey lives in Hyde Park and is a parent of two.

Preston D. McSwain, Trustee
Mr. McSwain is Director of Private Asset Management at Neuberger Berman, LLC, in Boston. He has been active in the Advisory Board at the Wang Center and is a Founding Member of the Executive Board at the Children’s Hospital Council.

Tom Olivier, Development Chair
Mr. Olivier is a Senior Vice President at Revolution Partners, LLC in Boston. Mr. Olivier has conducted analyses of school-related constitutional issues for the New Hampshire State Board of Education.
